TECHNICAL SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS. 5.1 As part of SAC's technical support of the Products, SAC will endeavor to cause the Products to operate in substantially the same manner as described in the Specifications.   • Support Obligations The following provisions set forth your rights concerning maintenance and support regarding the Software. Any such services are provided only during the Maintenance and Deployment Term for which you have acquired maintenance services.

  • Credit Support Obligations (i) Delivery Amount, Return Amount and Credit Support Amount.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year.   • Agreement to Assume Obligations The New Issuer hereby agrees to unconditionally assume the Issuer’s Obligations under the Notes and the Indenture on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in Article XIV of the Indenture and to be bound by all other applicable provisions of the Indenture and the Notes and to perform all of the obligations and agreements of the Issuer under the Indenture.
