Technical Section. The Technical Section of the proposal shall specifically address the manner in which the proposer will meet the minimum requirements present below in Section X. Proposer shall address the quantitative and qualitative resources to the accomplishment of these requirements. The proposal shall provide enough information so that the evaluators will be able to determine the proposer’s ability to meet each requirement set forth below. Simply paraphrasing the RFP statement of requirements will not be sufficient data for the evaluation and may be considered as a non-responsive proposal response.

Technical Section. Importing Forms
Technical Section. This section shall contain three (3) work plans – one for each IOM Work Authorization phase of the project – to accomplish the project. Each work plan shall address all tasks described in this Work Authorization Request. Additional narrative on the services to be performed, which can be used to evaluate the Proposer’s understanding of the objectives and overall purpose of the project, is encouraged. This section shall carefully reflect all tasks described in Section C above.
Technical Section. Technical Data Sheet The fabric technical data sheet (printed on the company letterhead paper with date of issuance and/or revision) including all technical details (parameters, values and procedures) shall be provided for all items the Buyer may request a sample and/or the standard piece in order to prepare a collection. SMI has prepared a standard form in attachment that can be used by the Seller to create its own template using bold fonts to highlight the item’s standard parameters and/or other type of fonts for bespoke technical features the Buyer may request and whose additional costs shall be borne by him. The Buyer, after acknowledgment of the technical data sheet in all its sections, shall decide on his own responsibility whether to use the proposed item for his sample collection on the basis of the intended use. Any other parameters that the Buyer may request by means of tests not included in the technical data sheet shall be provided at a premium that will cover the costs of further analysis The parameters given in the technical data sheet can be verified by both Parties in compliance with stated procedures. Unless otherwise agreed by the Seller and the Buyer, any values of parameters listed in the technical data sheet make reference to those provided by the “SMI Quality Standard” which is an integral part of this “Standard Agreement”.

  • Geotechnical Services When the services of geotechnical engineers are reasonably required for the Project, HISD may elect to have the A/E obtain these services as an Additional Service as provided for in Article 3. Otherwise, HISD shall furnish the services of geotechnical engineers. HISD’s written approval is necessary before the services of geotechnical engineers can be enlisted. Such services may include, but are not limited to, test borings, test pits, determinations of soil bearing values, percolation tests, evaluations of hazardous materials, ground corrosion and resistivity tests, including necessary operations for anticipating subsoil conditions, with reports and appropriate professional recommendations. The A/E shall review the completeness and confirm in writing to HISD the sufficiency of the type of tests and information, whether furnished through the A/E or furnished by HISD.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.
