Technical Review. Originating Party’s Technical Review
Technical Review a. The Originating Party shall provide the Regional Body with its Technical Review of the Proposal under consideration.
Technical Review. 2.1 Review applications for completeness and compliance with program requirements
Technical Review. The Regional Heritage Program Leader shall determine whether Forests are maintaining an appropriate level of technical capability and performance in particular program elements. Such elements may include, but are not limited to, record-keeping, documentation of PA actions, Section 110 actions, curation, inventory documentation, determinations, budget issues, and findings from Annual Reviews. The Regional Heritage Program Leader shall document the findings of the Technical Review and the Regional Forester shall submit that report to the SHPO. When recommendations to remedy any deficiencies receive SHPO concurrence and are accepted by the Regional Forester, the Forest Supervisor shall initiate any remedial actions within sixty (60) days from the date the recommendations are accepted by the Regional Forester, unless the Regional Forester sets an alternative schedule in consultation with the SHPO. Failure to initiate remedial actions within the specified time or failure to address the identified deficiencies shall require the Regional Forester to consider actions under Stipulations 11.2 or 11.3 of this PA.
Technical Review. AWARD INFORMATION
Technical Review. The Professional shall perform the following technical reviews:
Technical Review. 34.1. The Arbitral Tribunal shall, within 90 days from the date of the closure of proceedings pursuant to Rule 32, and before signing the Final Award, submit its draft Final Award to the AIAC for a technical review by the Director.
Technical Review. Pursuant to the Laws, Applicable Code, and its permitting process, Licensor will undertake all engineering and administrative activities necessary to approve or deny Licensee’s Permit Application. Such activities include, but are not limited to, assigning a Permit number, logging the Permit into the tracking system, approving any Make- Ready Work associated with the Permit, informing other attachers of Licensee’s intent to attach, approving or denying the Permit, field work (inspecting the location, taking required measurements at the location, setting up joint meetings with other attachers if necessary, and inspecting the work.)
Technical Review. The Documentation Agent shall have received a review by the Independent Engineer of the technical, environmental and operational aspects of the business of the Yamana Group Companies (including a review of reserves) in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders (the Lenders hereby acknowledge that the foregoing has been complied with on the date of signing of this Agreement).
Technical Review. You may be asked review technical literature or documents, as requested by the Company. It must be clearly understood that you must correct your performance of services in order to continue to receive payment under the Agreement. In order to ensure that contract performance standards are met, the Company requires you to provide a one page highly granular summary of tasks performed and progress made on each assigned project and hours worked on such project each week. Your time sheets for previous work and summary of services for ongoing work must be submitted for approval and certification by the Company or the Company’s designee. Services may be certified or approved in one of two manners: (i) certification by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (or his designee) of the hours you have worked and a review of the summary you have provided; or (ii) certification by the Company’s Board, advisor, officer or consultant (excluding yourself), that you have satisfactorily completed a presentation in which a representative or authorized agent of the Company participated and certified such hours. Failure to correct you performance and non-compliance with the certification of hours will result in immediate termination of the Agreement.
