TECHNICAL PROPOSAL EVALUATION. Technical Proposals will be opened first and evaluated on the basis of the criteria, given above. A Technical Score (Ts) will then be calculated as follows: TS = Sum of the scores for the Criterion for Technical Evaluation given above. The Technical Score shall account for [65%] of the Combined Evaluation Score.
TECHNICAL PROPOSAL EVALUATION. 5.3.1 A technical review committee comprised of State employees will assess the merits of the Technical Proposal. The State may engage one or more consultants or attorneys to assist in an advisory capacity. The committee will review the responses to the technical requirements of the RFP. Incomplete, inconsistent or inaccurate responses in the Technical Proposal may have a negative impact on the rating.
