Technical Proposal and Evaluation. Criteria (Attachment A) Attachment A to the RFP contains the requirements and evaluation criteria for the Respondent’s Technical Proposal to this RFP. Respondents shall submit their Technical Proposal using Attachment A in accordance with the instructions contained in Attachment A. To facilitate the Respondentssubmission of their Technical Proposal, Attachment A is a Word Document that must be completed electronically for uploading into the MFMP Sourcing Application. Each Proposal determined to be in compliance with all mandatory requirements will be independently evaluated using the criteria and points scale outlined in Attachment A. Each Technical Proposal will be independently scored by at least three appointed evaluators who have experience and knowledge of the services required by this RFP. The Department will evaluate only the information submitted in response to this RFP within the MFMP Sourcing Application. The responses to each section will be evaluated and awarded points based on the point structures for each section as stated in Attachment A.   • Technical Proposals Technical proposal information will be streamlined, e.g., the Government anticipates written proposals consisting of thirty (30) pages or less stating compliance or exception to requirements, risks, assumptions and conflict of interest issues. Proposals shall not merely restate PWS/SOO requirements. Written technical proposals shall normally address: * Technical Approach and descriptive narrative of the contractor's understanding of the requested effort * PWS in response to a SOO * Integrated Master Plan (if applicable) * Integrated Master Schedule (if applicable) * Key Personnel Assigned * Quantities/Hours of Personnel by Labor Categories and narrative justification (if applicable) * Other Direct Costs (ODCs) (materials and supplies, travel, training, etc.(quantities and types only)) * Period of Performance * Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government-Furnished Information (GFI) * Security (including clearance level) * Teaming Arrangement (including subcontracting; identify new ACAs) * Small Business Plan (if a large business) * Other Pertinent Data, such as assumptions made.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • PROGRESS EVALUATION Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the Engineering Services, confer with County at County’s election. Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be reasonably requested by County, in order for County to evaluate features of the Engineering Services. At the request of County or Engineer, conferences shall be provided at Engineer's office, the offices of County, or at other locations designated by County. When requested by County, such conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineering Services. County may, from time to time, require Engineer to appear and provide information to the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court. Should County determine that the progress in Engineering Services does not satisfy an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall review same with Engineer to determine corrective action required. Engineer shall promptly advise County in writing of events which have or may have a significant impact upon the progress of the Engineering Services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract. The value engineering proposal shall, at a minimum, include the following;

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
