Technical Panel. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, DWR and the Participating Districts will establish and organize a Technical Panel to implement the process and methodology for determining the annual economic value of Yield Loss (YL), as provided in Exhibit A of this Agreement. The Technical Panel will consist of six (6) members, with three (3) appointed by DWR and three (3) appointed by the Participating Districts. DWR and the Participating Districts may change their designated members of the Technical Panel at any time; provided, however, that all members of the Technical Panel will be officers or employees of DWR or the Participating Districts unless otherwise agreed to in writing by DWR and the Participating Districts. DWR and the Participating Districts will exercise reasonable efforts to ensure that their designated appointments to the Technical Panel are provided sufficient time and resources to fulfill their responsibilities under Exhibit A. DWR will appoint one (1) member of the Technical Panel to serve as the Coordinator for the Technical Panel. The Coordinator will work in consensus with all Parties in establishing methods and procedures for administering this Agreement, but will not have any unilateral authority to establish such methods and procedures. DWR will provide administrative support for the Technical Panel. DWR and the Participating Districts will bear their own costs associated with staffing for the Technical Panel.

Technical Panel. As used herein, the term “Technical Panel” means a panel composed of Developer’s Consultant, University’s Consultant and the Independent Consultant; the term “University’s Consultant” means an architect or engineer selected by University; and the term “Independent Consultant” means a California licensed architect or engineer with at least ten (10) years of building design experience selected by Developer’s Consultant and University’s Consultant. University’s Consultant and Developer’s Consultant shall select the Independent Consultant within five (5) Business Days following the appointment of the later of the two. In the event of a dispute to be resolved by the Technical Panel, the Technical Panel shall meet and confer in person within five (5) Business Days following the selection of the Independent Consultant; which the parties shall endeavor to cause to occur within Ten (10) Business Days following the date the dispute is selected to be submitted to the Technical Panel for determination. By a simple majority vote, the Technical Panel shall render a written decision (the “Technical Panel Impact Determination”) within two (2) Business Days after its meeting determining the dispute submitted for its review, and such decision reflected in the Technical Panel Impact Determination shall be final and binding upon the Developer and University and not appealable. Each party shall be responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses of its consultant plus fifty percent (50%) of the fees and expenses of the Independent Consultant.
Technical Panel. The panel membership is selected by the Project Management Team and reviewed by the Steering Committee. The Technical Panel works closely with the project structures on technical issues such as the choice of indicators, survey design and implementation, and data use, with special emphasis on quality and technical integrity of the Service Delivery Indicators.

Stakeholder Advisory Group To comprise representatives from the stakeholder groups, which have been identified as including: • Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association • Private Forests Tasmania • University of Tasmania • Tasmanian Agricultural Productivity Group • Tasmanian Conservation Trust • Tasmanian Institute of Agricultural Research • Forestry Tasmania • Forest Industries Association of Tasmania • Forests and Forest Industry Council • Browsing Damage Management Group • Tasmania’s three Regional Natural Resource Management Committees The Stakeholder Advisory Group will be chaired by a member of the Implementation Committee, or a delegate as required. The members of the Stakeholder Advisory Group will be invited to provide their representative views to the Implementation Committee annually on matters including the following: • the content of the program plan; • the initial review of research and other technical activities already undertaken and outcomes from these activities; • potential research and extension activities; • approaches to effectively and efficiently monitor the program; and • effective communication strategies for the program.

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

Technical fees derived from one of the Contracting States by a resident of the other Contracting State who is the beneficial owner thereof and is subject to tax in that other State in respect thereof may be taxed in the first-mentioned Contracting State at a rate not exceeding 10 per cent of the gross amount of the technical fees.

For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.
