Common use of Technical Methodology Clause in Contracts

Technical Methodology. At first, Bidders shall be evaluated on technical proposals in accordance with Evaluation Criteria as described in the Tender Document. Each of technical proposals shall be evaluated on the basis of the Bidder’s degree of compliance, with requirements as specified in the Tender Document including the Specifications. Bidder who achieves the Technical evaluation threshold will be evaluated commercially.
