Common use of Technical Meetings Clause in Contracts

Technical Meetings. (a) In addition to the initial familiarization meeting, other technical meetings may be necessary to assure that any additional technical conditions that have been communicated to the FAA are well understood, and that any outstanding technical issues are resolved. These meetings should be held as early as possible in the certification process in order to permit timely design changes. All technical meetings will normally be arranged through the FAA and will normally have both authorities’ representatives in attendance.
