Technical documents. (a) To the extent that any certificate received by the Buyers and referred to in paragraph 1(b) of Part IV (Delivery Date conditions precedent) of this Schedule was in final draft form at the time of the receipt, deliver or cause to be delivered to the Buyers the corresponding provisional certificate within five (5) Business Days of the Actual Delivery Date, with the formal certificate to follow as soon as possible after the Sellers’ receipt of the same from the relevant persons, and in any event prior to the expiry of the validity period of such provisional certificate.
