TECHNICAL DIRECTION. Servicer will report to and receive technical direction only from such Client employees or officers as may be listed in the applicable Transaction Addendum or as may be designated from time to time by Client or the applicable Affiliate.

(a) Performance of the work under this contract may be subject to the technical direction of the cognizant Buyer’s Contract Technical Representative (CTR), if identified in the purchase order or otherwise in writing by the Buyer. "Technical Direction," as used in this section, means a directive to the Contractor that approves approaches, solutions, designs, or refinements; fills in details or otherwise completes the general description of work or documentation items; shifts emphasis among work areas or tasks; or furnishes similar instruction to the Contractor. Technical Direction includes requiring studies and pursuit of certain lines of inquiry regarding matters within the general tasks and requirements set forth in the SOW, Section J – Attachment 01 to this Contract.
TECHNICAL DIRECTION. For the purpose of this Agreement, the Parties shall appoint technical directors to create permanent and effective channels of communications. CONICET and THE UNL appoint PhD Xxxxxx Xxxx technical director. For its part, THE COMPANY appoints PhD Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.
TECHNICAL DIRECTION. (a) As provided by the contract clause, “CONTRACTING OFFICER’S REPRESENTATIVE (COR)”, performance of work under this contract is subject to the written technical direction of the COR, who shall be specifically appointed by the Contracting Officer in writing. “
TECHNICAL DIRECTION. The NRC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), as named in the NRC SOW, is responsible for ensuring that the services required under this project are delivered in accordance with the terms of the SOW. All technical direction instructions to the Servicing agency must be issued through the COR. Technical direction includes interpreting technical specifications, providing needed details, and suggesting possible lines of inquiry. Technical direction must not constitute new work or affect overall project cost or period of performance. Technical direction must be confirmed in writing to the servicing agency with a copy provided to the cognizant NRC Contracting Officer (CO).
TECHNICAL DIRECTION a. Independent Contractor shall have all necessary skills and expertise to perform work under this Agreement. To the limited extent that any technical direction is necessary, such technical direction shall be given only by the Project Manager or the Company designee.
TECHNICAL DIRECTION. The Recipient Principal Investigator will retain technical direction of the project. The Key Person of the Subrecipient is considered essential to the work.
