Technical Data Package (TDP). The applicable SSDS Equipment technical documentation and drawings are provided as GFI. The Contractor shall maintain and update the TDPs (CDRL A026 and CDRL A027) for SSDS equipment in accordance with MIL-STD-31000B as a production Level III TDP. The TDP shall contain all data and information sufficient for a third party to manufacture and provide life cycle support for SSDS equipment developed and qualified under this contract. The Contractor shall not use proprietary or vendor unique software, equipment (hardware and test) or technology. The Contractor shall update the TDPs, as required, to support SSDS equipment production and/or changes to SSDS equipment implemented during production. The TDP shall be maintained without any proprietary markings and, at the very least, with Government Purpose Rights (GPR) as defined at DFARS 252.227-7013. Drawings and associated lists shall be developed and structured in accordance with ASME Y14.24M-1999 and MIL-STD-31000B. The TDP shall contain digital photographic images of assembly procedures and cable dressing techniques provided coincident with the development of configurations supported, interface control information for hardware and software and CIDS changes. The Contractor shall make available each TDP to the Government owned Integrated Digital Environment. The TDP shall be verified by the Contractor at least thirty

Technical Data Package (TDP). The Contractor shall deliver TDPs for the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Section (and all associated G&C Section FIRs), WES Kit (CDRLs B001, B006) and Factory Test Equipment (CDRLs B002, B005, B006, B007). The Contractor shall deliver copies of software and firmware executable images and associated source code developed under this contract to the Government (CDRL B003 and B004). The Contractor shall include any Loader and Operating System/Board Support Package (OS/BSP) products as part of the Computer Software Product (CDRL B003). The Contractor shall use the Technical Data Package Formatting Document (Attachment 10) for CDRLs B001 through B006. The Contractor shall provide hardware, software, and firmware documentation, including detailed design descriptions; build procedures and build environment information necessary to reproduce functional items developed under this contract to the Government (see CDRL Deliverable Table 3.3.2.1-1). These shall include, but not be limited to; Programmable Array Logic (PAL), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), custom analog Integrated Circuits (ICs), etc. The final TDPs submitted by the Contractor shall have all approved redline changes incorporated in the TDP deliverables. The Contractor shall provide a Configuration Data Item Status List (CDRL A015) that reflects the up-to-date drawing/data status. Any CDRL deliverable disclosing information related to Anti-Tamper hardware, software, firmware, requirements, test plans or test results shall be classified as 'SECRET' (or higher) and Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals. Technical Data Package (TDP). (Applicable to CLINs 0001-0005, 1001-1005, 2001-2005, 3001-3005, 4001- 4005). The applicable Console, Display, and Peripheral Equipment Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and the associated Installation Control Drawings (ICDs) and Interface Control Documents (IFCDs) are provided as GFI. The Contractor shall update and maintain the TDPs, ICDs, IFCDs, and Model files for each of the Console configurations, Displays, and Peripheral Equipment resulting from approved manufacturing changes, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) (CDRLs B001-B004). The Contractor shall mark these CDRLs such that they require government approval. The TDPs shall contain all data and information sufficient for a third party to manufacture all of the Console configurations, Display, and Peripheral Equipment. The TDPs shall be delivered without any proprietary markings and, at the very least, with Government Purpose Rights (GPR) as defined at DFARS 252.227-7013. Drawings and associated lists updated and created by the Contractor shall be developed and structured in accordance with ASME Y14.24M-1999 and MIL-STD-31000B Department of Defense Standard Practice Technical Data Packages and the TDP Option Selection Worksheet provided in Attachment 3 to the CDRLs. The Contractor shall incrementally deliver the updated TDPs, fully annotated 2D Drawings, and fully annotated 3D Models, per CDRLs B001 and B002, to xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxx.xxx/viewnet/home/view/default.aspx. The Contractor shall use the latest version of SolidWorks with Service Pack 3 or higher to update and maintain the TDPs, fully annotated 2D Drawings, and fully annotated 3D Models for Water-Cooled CDS, Air-Cooled CDS, Tactical Equivalents, and Display and Peripheral Equipment. The Contractor shall provide redlined drawings in accordance with the Technology Insertion Configuration Management Plan (CMP) (3063214 Technology Insertion CMP, Revision 2) when a change or modification occurs (including part changes, change to the current design, and DMS issues) via an ECP or ECR for Government review and approval prior to incorporation into final drawings. Upon Government approval of the redlined drawings, the Contractor shall update the TDPs and Models to incorporate the changes and deliver finalized fully annotated 2D drawings and the fully annotated 3D Models in the quarterly TDP delivery. Quarterly TDP deliveries shall include a summary of the drawings and models that changed since the previous delivery....

  • CONTRACTOR TO PACKAGE DELIVERABLES The Contractor will package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and shall include a packing list showing the description of each item, the quantity and unit price unless otherwise provided in the Specifications or Supplemental Terms and Conditions, each shipping container shall be clearly and permanently marked as follows: (a) The Contractor's name and address, (b) the City’s name, address and purchase order or purchase release number and the price agreement number if applicable, (c) Container number and total number of containers, e.g. box 1 of 4 boxes, and (d) the number of the container bearing the packing list. The Contractor shall bear cost of packaging. Deliverables shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation costs and to conform to all the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specification. The City's count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.
