TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. Technical Data and Information shall be delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423, to be incorporated by reference under individual Task/Delivery Orders, and the following:

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. 6.1 The Receiving Party shall grant the Participant access to information within the scope of this Arrangement, subject to legal or other existing contractual obligations.

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. Any of the Parties may provide another Party with technical data and information deemed necessary for conducting the Joint Research. The Parties shall not use the information disclosed or provided by another Party for any purpose other than the implementation of the Joint Research. All materials and copies provided by another Party shall be returned to the said Party after the termination or discontinuance of the Arrangement, if requested.

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. Any of the Parties may provide another Party with technical data and information deemed necessary for conducting the Joint Research. The use or application of any information exchanged, transferred or imparted between the Parties under this Arrangement shall be the responsibility of the Party receiving it, and the other Parties do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of such information for any particular use or application. The Parties shall not use the information disclosed or provided by another Party for any purpose other than the implementation of the Joint Research. All materials and copies provided by another Party shall be returned to the said Party after the termination or discontinuance of the Arrangement, if requested.

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. Customer shall provide CITE with all technical data and all other information CITE may reasonably request from time to time to allow CITE to provide the Services to Customer. Customer shall be responsible for notifying CITE of any information or developments which may have an impact on CITE’s ability to provide the Services hereunder. All information Customer provides to CITE will be complete, accurate, and provided in good faith.

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. Customer shall provide CMC with all technical data and all other information CMC may reasonably request from time to time to allow CMC to supply the CMC IaaS to Customer. All information Customer supplies will be complete, accurate and given in good faith. 5.2

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. District shall provide Contractor with all technical data and all other information Contractor may reasonably request from time to time to allow Contractor to supply the CMC SaaS to District. All information District supplies will be complete, accurate and given in good faith.

TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION. Customer shall provide Anthology with all technical data and all other information Anthology may reasonably request from time to time to allow Anthology to supply the Anthology SaaS to Customer. All information Customer supplies will be complete, accurate and given in good faith in accordance with this Agreement.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION (A) The Adviser has entered into an Investment Adviser's Agreement with the Fund ("Investment Adviser's Agreement"). Pursuant to the Investment Adviser's Agreement, the Adviser has agreed to render investment advisory and certain other management services to all of the funds of the Fund, and the Fund has agreed to employ the Adviser to render such services and to pay to the Adviser certain fees therefore. The Investment Adviser's Agreement recognizes that the Adviser may enter into agreements with other investment advisers who will serve as fund managers to the funds.
