Technical Correspondence. Technical correspondence concerning performance of this contract shall be addressed to the DOE Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), with an information copy of the correspondence to the DOE Contract Specialist.
Technical Correspondence. Technical correspondence that applies to more than one task order, or to this Contract, shall also be sent to the Contracting Officer. As used herein, technical correspondence does not include correspondence where patent or rights in data issues are involved, nor technical correspondence which proposes or involves waivers, deviations, or modifications to the requirements, terms or conditions of this contract.
