Common use of Technical and Organizational Measures Clause in Contracts

Technical and Organizational Measures. (a) Mailgun shall, in relation to the Customer's Personal Data, (a) take, as appropriate, measures required pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR in relation to the security of the Mailgun Infrastructure and the platforms used to provide the Services as described in the Principal Agreement, and (b) on reasonable request at the Customer's cost, assist the Customer in ensuring compliance with the Customer's obligations pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR.

Technical and Organizational Measures. (a) Mailgun shall, in relation to the Customer's Personal Data, (a) taketake and document, as appropriate, reasonable and appropriate measures required pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR in relation to the security of the Mailgun Infrastructure and the platforms used to provide the Services as described in the Principal Agreement, and (b) on reasonable request at the Customer's cost, assist the Customer in ensuring compliance with the Customer's obligations pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR.
