Technical and Organizational Measures, and Confidentiality of Processing. 9.1 Oracle has implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures for the Processing of Personal Information. These measures take into account the nature, scope and purposes of Processing as specified in this Data Processing Agreement, and are intended to protect Personal Information against the risks inherent to the Processing of Personal Information in the performance of the Services, in particular risks from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Information transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed.

  • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.

  • Maintaining Confidentiality of Access Passwords Where access to the Licensed Materials is to be controlled by use of passwords, Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to inform Authorized Users that they should not divulge their numbers and passwords to any third party. Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will also use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of any institutional passwords provided by Licensor.
