Technical Acceptability. The Government will thoroughly review those proposals remaining after the initial evaluation to determine technical acceptability. The Government will review Technical Acceptability by reviewing information submitted as part of L.1.1.2, including a review of the offeror's proposed project manager to ensure that he or she is acceptable to the Government. The Government may also review past references provided as part of the Experience and Past Performance information as described in L.1.1.2(3) to verify quality of past performance.
Technical Acceptability. Initially, the City’s capabilities and approaches evaluation team shall evaluate technical Proposals on a pass/fail basis, assigning ratings of “Acceptable” or “Unacceptable”. The Proposals shall be evaluated against the following factors and subfactors:
Technical Acceptability. Technical acceptability will include a review of past performance and experience as defined in Section 3, along with any technical information provided by the quoter with its quotation.
Technical Acceptability. If, within 30 days after the Picture Masters are delivered to Licensee or access thereto is granted to Licensee, Licensee reasonably determines that any of the Picture Masters are not of acceptable technical quality for Pay- Per-View and Video-On-Demand exhibition, in accordance with the specifications set forth in Attachment E, as may be modified with Licensor’s reasonable approval, then it shall so notify Licensor and promptly return such Picture Masters (if delivered to Licensee) and provide to Licensor a technical report, at Licensor’s sole cost and expense. Upon receipt of such notice, Licensor shall promptly (and, in any case, within 15 days of receipt) deliver or grant access in the United States to Licensee technically acceptable (per such technical report) replacement Picture Masters.
Technical Acceptability. Offers will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability in order based on their total evaluated price, and only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated until it is determined the lowest priced offer does not meet technical acceptability criteria; at that point, the next lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified. USCIS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price. Technical acceptability is comprised of meeting the requirements as outlined in the description of requirement or statement of work, and adherence to the delivery schedule in the solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotes meeting the Technical Acceptability for non-cost factors.
Technical Acceptability a) The Technical Acceptability Information shall be submitted as Volume I.
Technical Acceptability. Offers must meet or exceed the specifications in the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. The information as specified in the proposal submittal requirements will be evaluated to determine if the proposed supplies meet the technical requirements as specified in the solicitation document. Technical Acceptability a) The Government will also review any exceptions taken to the requirements.
Technical Acceptability. Technical acceptability will include a review of licensing agreement as defined in Section I -VIII, along with any technical information provided by the offeror with its proposal/quotation.
Technical Acceptability. 3.2.1 The Government’s evaluation team shall evaluate the technical proposals on an acceptable or unacceptable basis, assigning one of the ratings described below. Only those proposals determined to be technically acceptable, either initially or as a result of discussions, will be considered for award in accordance with the evaluation process described herein. The Offeror is reminded that the Government reserves the right to award this effort based on the initial proposal, as received, without discussions. Therefore, the Offeror should submit its most complete and best proposal for initial consideration.
