Team Member. If a team member substitutes for another team member during a teaming hour, due to unusual circumstances, as asked by the administration, he/she shall be compensated at the hourly rate of $25.00 or one (1) hour compensation time, accumulating to a maximum of four (4) days per year. The remaining time shall be paid at an hourly rate of $25.00.
Team Member. 10.3.1. An employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of a Team Member in Training and to the level of their training. Such an employee:
Team Member. For the purposes of this contract, an RtI Team Member will receive a stipend as defined in the attached Extra Duty Schedule. An RtI Team Member is defined as a teacher designated as a “standing member” of his/her building’s RtI team. Assignment to this team can change from year to year and is at the sole discretion of the administration. No Building Team shall have more than 4 “standing members” at any one time. Compensation for assignments made or accepted during the school year will be pro-rated based on number of days of “standing membership”. No teacher will be required to serve as a “standing member” against his/her will. No additional compensation will be provided to Ad Hoc members of the RtI Team.
Team Member. 10.3.1. An employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of a Team Member in Training and to the level of their training. Such an employee can perform tasks with general supervision, exercising limited discretion within defined procedures:
Team Member a. A team member performing one or more of the following functions in Supermarket Retail Operations:  the receiving and preparation for sale and/or display of goods in or about any shop;  the pre‐packing or packing, weighing, assembling, pricing or preparing of goods or provisions or produce for sale;  the display, shelf filling, replenishing or any other method of exposure or presentation for sale of goods;  the sale or hire of goods by any means;  the receiving, arranging or making payment by any means;  the recording by any means of a sale or sales;  the wrapping or packing of goods for despatch and the despatch of goods;  the delivery of goods;  window dressing and merchandising;  loss prevention;  demonstration of goods for sale, including conducting customer tastings;  the provision of information, advice and assistance to customers;  the receipt, preparation, packing of goods for repair or replacement and the minor repair of goods;  all directly employed persons engaged in retail stores in cleaning, store greeting, security, lift attending, store cafeterias and food services;  Clerical Assistants functions Level 1; or  work which is incidental to or in connection with any of the above.

Team Member. A team member who has been incapacitated as a result of injury or disease may be employed in other work in the plant without regard to the seniority provisions of this agreement, subject to their seniority being applicable to a layoff. XXX and the Union agree that, where practical, reassignment for the purposes of accommodating medical restrictions and facilitating rehabilitation should be identified within the team member's team and section prior to transfer to another section. In those instances where is required, it shall be undertaken with the intent of returning the rehabilitatedteam member to their assigned team. and the Union agree that in those instances in which a team member is permanently reassigned within the section or permanently transferred to a team in another section as a result of inability to perform the work previously assigned, or due to an unacceptably high risk of re- injury, such team member shall not be reassigned so as to displace a team member on the team with higher seniority, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Displacement of the lowest seniority team member will occur when the team member in rehabilitation is permanently placed. ATTENDANCE AT WORK Each team member is expected to contribute to CAM's success by being at work, on time, every day. In order to ensure orderly operations, and the least inconvenience to team members at work, team members will be required to request any leave of absence in advance. In the case of an unavoidable absence for reasons that could not have been anticipated,team members will be expected to by telephone prior to the start of their work shift when possible. When circumstances prevent a team member from providing such notice to the start of their shift, it shall be their responsibility to do so as soon thereafter as possible. NEW TEAM MEMBER ORIENTATION The Union will participate with in new team member orientation including a discussion of the team member's responsibility and rights under this Agreement and the Constitution of the Union. Because of the importance of the team concept, quality and job assignments, these will be explained during orientation to the team members who will be asked to accept these principles. TRAINING Extensive team member training programs will be undertaken before and after the start of operations by XXXX.
