Team Composition Clause Examples
The Team Composition clause defines the specific individuals or roles that will be assigned to a project or engagement. It typically outlines the qualifications, responsibilities, and sometimes the names or titles of team members who will perform the contracted work. For example, it may require that a project manager, lead developer, and quality assurance specialist be part of the team, and may specify that any changes to these personnel must be approved by the client. This clause ensures that the client receives the agreed-upon expertise and continuity throughout the project, reducing the risk of unexpected staff changes that could impact project quality or timelines.
