Teacher Planning Time. Except where delay of the normal start of school due to calamity (fog, snow, loss of heat, flood, etc.) interferes, all employees in grades 6-12 shall be scheduled not less than two hundred (200) minutes of teacher planning time per week. Part-time employees will receive a prorated period consistent with the prorated salary. Certificated employees in pre-Kindergarten through 5 shall be scheduled for not fewer than two hundred (200) minutes per week for planning time within the employee's work day. Where scheduling will permit, up to a forty (40) minute planning period per day will be provided. Any duty-free recess time shall not be counted.
Teacher Planning Time. All teachers, K-12, will receive a minimum of 250 minutes of preparation time per week, excluding the time before and after the student day. All prep time shall be in no less than thirty (30) minute blocks. Part-time teachers will receive proportionate time.
Teacher Planning Time. 1. PreK-5 Level: Every teacher will receive a minimum of 300 minutes a week, with a minimum of 60 consecutive minutes per day, for the purpose of individual planning and preparation, with any variation to be approved between the principal and teacher. Teachers who agree to nonconsecutive plan time will be excused from before-school, lunch, and after-school duty, and no single plan period will be fewer than 30 minutes in length, during student/teacher contact time. Principals may, at their discretion with 48 hours advanced notice, conduct grade level meetings with teachers up to two times per month not to exceed 30 minutes in length during teacher plan time.
Teacher Planning Time. 1. The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees expects teachers to plan for effective instruction each day. In order to support this expectation, planning time shall be designated and agreed on by the Professional Learning Community (PLC) in each building. Planning time shall be defined as time during which no conflicting, regularly scheduled responsibilities may be assigned.
Teacher Planning Time. Each teacher shall be granted a minimum of one block of thirty (30) minutes of unassigned time for planning during the student day. A proration system shall be utilized by the building principal on those 1/2 days designated by the Board for state-approved in-service training. When a teacher loses his/her planning time for a qualified reason, the time shall be rescheduled by the principal or paid at the substitution rate. The District administrators shall work in conjunction with the Information Specialists and building principals in an attempt to provide additional planning time for classroom teachers at the primary and intermediate buildings. If additional planning time can be provided, a schedule will be implemented. The Union recognizes that there will be occasions when this additional planning time will be canceled due to conflicts. Furthermore, the Union recognizes if the District implements personnel changes related to financial conditions and the information specialist time is limited, planning time may not be provided.
Teacher Planning Time. (a) Every full-timejunior school Teacher shall have not less than minutes of planning time per week during the hours of a.m. and exclusive of lunch periods and recesses. Every part-time junior school Teacher engaged to teach half-time or more shall have not less than minutes of planning time per week, exclusive of recesses.

Teacher Planning Time. Each Teacher who is party to this agreement will receive a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes daily and a minimum of two hundred and seventy five (275) minutes per week. The duty time before the start of school and after school dismissal may not be considered as plan time for those teachers not having assigned duties during those times. Passing period time before and after the scheduled planning period may be considered as plan time.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.

  • Elementary Planning Time [a] All elementary schools will allow for teacher planning and collaboration time one (1) day each week, as approved by the Board, by shortening that day and proportionately lengthening the remaining days in the week. In the event that the early-out day falls on a holiday, no early-out planning time will be provided for that week. [b] The planning time is to be used for individual or group planning activities. Exceptions such as faculty meetings, training or other routine school activities shall be agreed upon by the JSSC. [c] The total time for students to be in the class shall meet the state requirements and the total teacher time shall meet contract obligations.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Vacation Planning The following general rules shall be observed in implementing the vacation planning program:

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Discharge Planning If further care at home or in another facility is appropriate following discharge from the Hospital, Blue Shield will work with the Member, the attending Physician and the Hospital discharge planners to determine the most appropriate and cost effective way to provide this care.
