TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. 14.4.1 The TSN Program for first- and second-year teachers new to the profession, teachers clearing preliminary credentials, and/or for out-of-state teachers with less than five years of classroom experience, will be the District’s Teacher Induction Program.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. 26.0 All unit members hired effective July 1, 2002 or later are required to successfully complete the Xxxx District Induction Program based on credential type and years of full-time teaching experience.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. Subd. 1 The CEB will develop the new teacher orientation for all teachers new to the district. Teachers attending this orientation will be compensated at the staff development rate.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. Section A. The District will establish the use of a Support Teacher Card which may be submitted annually on or before April by any professional interested in serving as a support teacher for the following school year.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. In order to support teachers new to the profession, the District will provide a Teacher Induction Program in alignment with current State Guidelines.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. 1. TI Support Providers will be compensated $1,300 per assigned probationary teacher. The maximum caseload of a TI support provider shall be two (2) probationary teachers per TI Support Provider, unless no other qualified support providers are available to serve. TI Support Provider Consultants will receive a stipend of $2,200.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. Unit members who have been employed by GPA for one full academic year shall be eligible for reimbursement of up to $2,500 for successfully completing a teacher induction program approved by the California Department of Education and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing while employed by GPA. Unit members shall not be entitled to reimbursement for programs completed prior to the unit member’s employment at GPA. Unit members shall not be eligible for reimbursement following termination of their employment at GPA.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. This component shall provide peer assistance to teachers participating in Pre-Intern, Intern, and Teacher Induction Programs (TIPS), as well as first and second year teachers. Support providers shall normally be assigned on a preferred ratio 0 1:1. Participation infthe Program shall not create nor expand any rights to retention or permanency as set forth in Educational Code Section 44929.21 pertaining to probationary Bargaining Unit Members.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. 1. In the event that the approved Teacher Induction Programs schedules training days or other events on Saturdays, Support Providers shall receive $200 per Saturday event attended or they may opt to be credited with a day of compensation time per Saturday event attended to be used during the school year in which the compensation time is earned.
