No teacher shall receive adverse comments from any observer in the presence of pupils.
TEACHER EVALUATION. A. The parties recognize the importance and value of developing a procedure for assisting and evaluating the progress of both newly employed and experienced personnel. Therefore, to this end, the following procedure will be implemented in an effort to accomplish the intent stated below:
