TEACHER ASSISTANCE PLAN. A teacher assistance plan is a written plan providing specific recommendations, support strategies, and timelines, which is developed by the primary evaluator to assist a Permanent Unit Member for whom remediation is recommended. The Program Administrator is encouraged to confer with one or more of the following; Peer assistance, technical assistance from Consultants, Instructional Coaches or other certificated staff (as per section 8.11.C).

TEACHER ASSISTANCE PLAN. The Teacher Assistance Plan is our process to respond to performance concerns of teachers. Skill issues would likely start out at Level 1. Higher level incidents and events would / may start at Levels 2 or 3. The goal is to provide clarity and support that will result in a successful conclusion, ideally that conclusion is improved practice that supports the teacher and their students. Procedures and Documentation The process for requesting support through this plan is outlined below. While the plan lists several options and possible participants, it should be noted that it represents suggested guidelines only and therefore it may not be necessary in all cases to progress through each level. Depending on the circumstances, the District retains the flexibility and discretion to administer appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination. LEVEL 1 – SUPPORT Naming Concerns, Intentional Conversation, Heads-up, Lightly Documented Administrator Role:
TEACHER ASSISTANCE PLAN. When a teacher is placed on assistance status in accordance with Section 6.8 of this Article, an Assistance Plan must be put into place within thirty (30) days of the completion of the Summary of Performance or Summative Appraisal document, whichever is appropriate. This Plan shall address areas of concern, a schedule for continued observation and feedback and culminating documentation and recommendations. Participants in the development of this plan shall include the teacher and the evaluating administrator. The Assistance Plan may be amended as necessary with the consent of the teacher and the administrator. The Assistance Plan shall be implemented for one school year or the remainder of a school year as mutually agreed upon by the teacher and administrator.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Peer Assistance 1. The District will offer peer assistance to any employee it determines to have a deficiency specified in ORS 342.865 (1) (a), (d), (g), or (h). The District may also offer peer assistance under any other circumstances it deems appropriate.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Customer Assistance If any job requires that any aspect of the Services, such as Code implementation, be performed on Customer’s premises, Customer will supply Tealium personnel with such information, resources, and assistance as Tealium may reasonably request. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Tealium’s ability to successfully provide the Services in a timely manner is contingent upon its timely receipt from Customer of such information, resources and assistance as may be reasonably requested by Tealium. Tealium will have no liability for deficiencies or delays in the Services resulting from the acts or omissions of Customer, its agents, or employees or performance of the Services in accordance with Customer’s instructions. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that if Tealium is unable to deploy all of the Services specified in the Service Order as a result of delay attributable to Customer, then all set-up fees specified in the Service Order will be deemed earned by Tealium and payable by Customer, notwithstanding such delay in deployment.
