Common use of Teacher Assignments Clause in Contracts

Teacher Assignments. A. All teachers shall be given written notice of any change in their class, subject, room assignment or building assignment for the forthcoming year, not later than June 15th, when practicable. These assignments may be changed after notification as determined by the needs of the school system as interpreted by the Superintendent.
