Tea Break. 16.10.1 Australia Post commits to maintaining tea break arrangements that apply at individual workplaces in accordance with custom and practice. Australia Post, however, may vary the time at which a tea break is taken at a workplace where such a variation is operationally required. Australia Post may also vary the length of a tea break at a workplace where the length of the break at that workplace is inconsistent with tea break arrangements applicable at other workplaces within the same operational stream in Australia Post and where current arrangements are not based on operational considerations limited to that particular facility. Provided that ongoing changes to the length of tea breaks would be regarded as significant change for the purposes of clause 33 - Employee Consultation, and would involve a process to determine the view of staff.
Tea Break. Employees shall be allowed a tea break of fifteen minutes' duration between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m., without deduction of pay on each day. Provided that the employer may determine or permit two tea breaks of seven and a half minutes duration in lieu and shall fix the time of commencement of the tea break.
Tea Break. 19.8.1. The employee shall be allowed, without deduction of pay, a tea break of twenty (20) minutes per day to be taken during the first part of the working day. However by agreement between WPW and the employee that tea break may be taken at another time.
Tea Break. (a) Each day-shift employee shall be allowed a paid tea break of ten (10) minutes in the morning, Monday to Friday inclusive, at a time indicated by the Company.

Tea Break. 23.1 All Education Assistants are allowed a paid tea break of fifteen minutes daily between the second and fourth hour from the school starting time.
Tea Break. Employees are entitled to two unpaid tea breaks of fifteen (15) minutes per day providing a minimum of three (3) hours has been worked. The breaks will be taken at a time convenient to the Company with consideration for the type of work being undertaken at the time.
Tea Break. At a time suitable to the Employer two (2) rest periods of ten (10) minutes shall be given to each Employee during each seven (7) hour period of duty and shall be counted as time worked.

This clause has been enhanced to ensure that tea breaks are taken in an effort to mitigate fatigue in the workplace and sets out that employees are able to access 2 paid 15 minutes tea breaks per shift which are to be taken at a time agreed to between the employer and employee.
