Taxi Allowance. When an Employee is called to work between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. or if an overtime or work period ends during this time, taxi service to and from the home of the Employee shall be provided by the Employer.
Taxi Allowance. When an employee works beyond 9:00 p.m. on approved overtime, he/she shall be reimbursed for taxi fare from the place of work to the employee residence to a maximum of $25.00.
Taxi Allowance. In situations where an employee whose shift normally finishes not later than 11:00 p.m. is required to work overtime beyond midnight, the Corporation will reimburse the employee for actual taxi expenses incurred in returning home. In all cases the employee will be required to verify such expenses by way of a receipt.
Taxi Allowance. Employees will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs of safe travel home, where they are required to work between 9:00PM and 7:00AM. Such reimbursement will be issued no later than the next regular pay day following receipt(s) being submitted for reimbursement.
Taxi Allowance. When an employee (other than a part-time employee) is called in to work when not scheduled between11:30 pm and 7:00 am, transportation or taxi service to and from the home of the employee shall be provided by the Employer to a maximum of eleven ($11.00) per round trip.

Taxi Allowance. When an employee is required to work in the evening and does not have her own vehicle, taxi service to and from the home of the employee shall be provided by the Employer.
Taxi Allowance. When an employee's regular work shift ends after midnight and before a.m., the Employer will provide taxi service if requested by the employee. The employee requiring the taxi service must first receive approval from the immediate supervisor. On Call Provisions: Any employee who is required to be "On Call" shall be advised in writing by their supervisor, indicatingthe specific period for which the employee shall be on call. employees designated as being on call must be immediately available by telephone contact, radio or paging devices at all times that they are on call, and shall be prepared to respond on behalf of the Employer to all emergency conditions which may arise. When an employee is advised that they are on call, the employee shall be paid: One (I) hour pay at straight time per day for those days the employee is required to be on call, excepting those days the employee is actually called out Call outs will be paid as defined in Article Severance Pay: An employee shall be given sixty (60) days notice and severance pay at the regular rate of pay for the position last occupied in accord with the term defined in the following chart if the Employer: ceases wholly or partly the operation, merges with another Employer, eliminated a position as a result of technological change and new methods of operation as defined in Article eliminates a position as a result of contracting out of operation as defined in Article and the Employer is unable to provide work for the displaced employee at the same regular rate of pay in a class of work, or lays off any employee with years or greater seniority and if the chooses not to access the recall provisions provided for in Article Any employee eligible for severance pay as a result of one of the above mentioned actions will receive severance pay at the following rate upon written notice of acceptance by the employee: Maximum Available: For the first five (5) full years of employment: For the next five (5) full years of employment: For the next five (5) full years of employment: One week per year Weeks
Taxi Allowance a) In the event of an employee being called to work in an emergency between twelve o'clock midnight and or if an overtime period ends during this time, taxi service and from the home of the employee shall be provided by the Employer. Any employee who reports for work on his or her regular shift and is sent off duty with instructions to report on a later shift that day, shall be paid return taxi fare to and residence.
