Common use of Taxes, Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Taxes, Fees and Expenses. Any and all taxes, fees, and expenses which may be due or payable in connection with the Credit Card or any credit facilities granted by PNB in connection therewith is for the sole account of the Cardholder and/or supplementary member(s), if any. In case it is necessary to collect the total obligations through an attorney-at-law or collection agency, the Cardholder and/or supplementary member(s), jointly and severally, shall pay a percentage of the amount due as set and announced by PNB, as attorney's or collection fees, in addition to cost and other litigation expenses.
