Taxes and Duties. 17.9.1 The SPD shall bear and promptly pay all statutory taxes, duties, levies and cess, assessed/ levied on the SPD, contractors or their employees that are required to be paid by the SPD as per the Law in relation to the execution of the Agreement and for supplying power as per the terms of this Agreement.
