Taxes and Custodial Fees. Any income taxes or other taxes levied or assessed upon or in respect of the assets or income of the custodial account and any transfer taxes incurred shall be paid from the custodial account. All administrative expenses incurred by the Custodian in the performance of its duties, including fees for legal services rendered to the Custodian, and the Custodian’s compensation shall be paid from the custodial account, unless otherwise paid by the depositor or his or her beneficiaries.
