Taxes and Charges. To pay all taxes, rates, levies, assessments and other charges of every nature which may be lawfully levied, assessed or imposed against or in respect of Debtor or Collateral as and when the same become due and payable, except for such taxes, rates, levies, assessments and other charges which are being contested in good faith by proper legal proceedings and with respect to which adequate reserves have been established and are being maintained;
