Tax Returns and Reports. Countrywide will prepare in the appropriate form, file with the Internal Revenue Service and appropriate state agencies and, if required, mail to shareholders of the Trust such returns for reporting dividends and distributions paid by the Trust as are required to be so prepared, filed and mailed and shall withhold such sums as are required to be withheld under applicable federal and state income tax laws, rules and regulations.
