Common use of Tax Disputes Clause in Contracts

Tax Disputes. The Company is not, nor has it been at any time within the last three years, involved in any dispute with or investigation, audit or discovery by any Tax Authority or any enquiry into any Tax Return and so far as the Sellers are aware no such dispute, investigation, audit, discovery or enquiry is pending, planned, threatened or likely to arise.

Tax Disputes. The Company is not, nor has it been at any time within the last three six (6) years, involved in any dispute with or investigation, audit audit, discovery or discovery enquiry by any Tax Authority or any enquiry into any Tax Return and return and, so far as the Sellers Warrantors are aware aware, no such dispute, investigation, audit, discovery or enquiry is pendingis, planned, threatened or likely to arise.

Tax Disputes. The Company is not, nor has it been at any time within the last three seven years, involved in any dispute with or investigation, audit or discovery by any Tax Authority or any enquiry into any Tax Return and so far as the Sellers are aware no such dispute, investigation, audit, discovery or enquiry is pending, planned, threatened or likely to arise.

Tax Disputes. The Company is not, nor has it been at any time within the last three six years, involved in any non-routine dispute with or investigation, audit audit, discovery or discovery enquiry by any Tax Authority or any enquiry into any Tax Return return and so far as the Sellers are aware no such dispute, investigation, audit, discovery or enquiry is pendingis, planned, threatened or likely to arise.

Tax Disputes. The Company is not, nor has it been at any time within the last three six years, involved in any dispute with or investigation, audit audit, discovery or discovery enquiry by any Tax Authority or any enquiry into any Tax Return and return and, so far as the Sellers Key Persons are aware aware, no such dispute, investigation, audit, discovery or enquiry is pendingis, planned, threatened or likely to arise.

Tax Disputes. The Company is not, nor has it been at any time within the last three five years, involved in any dispute with or investigation, audit or discovery by any Tax Authority or any enquiry into any Tax Return and return nor, so far as the Sellers are aware no Seller is aware, will any such dispute, investigation, audit, discovery or enquiry is pending, planned, threatened or likely to arise.
