Common use of Task Force Clause in Contracts

Task Force. The parties reiterate their mutual commitment to quality patient 15 care. In a joint effort to assure optimal nursing care and maintain professional 16 standards, a task force shall be established to examine nursing practice, staffing, 17 payroll issues, call standards, the status of outstanding grievances that are not 18 disciplinary, notices and updates regarding restructures, key nursing initiatives, 19 the Service Center workplace process improvement projects, and new lines of 20 business. Agendas will be developed jointly along with an annual calendar 21 scheduling routine outline updates (where possible). Failure of the task force to 22 agree on a matter will not be subject to the grievance process and will not be 23 deemed to be a reopener of the Agreement.
