Target Areas. The target areas for provision of services shall be comprised of the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego. Approximately 18% out of the total number of SEC Participants (current monthly average of 180 Participants) reside outside of Orange County. A Participant may reside in any of these counties and be subject to the jurisdiction of Orange County Courts to be evaluated for this SEC Program and may be serving a sentence between a minimum of 10 days to 2 years. Limited exception to the above-noted counties will be determined by the County Correctional Administrator, subject to acceptance by Contractor.

Target Areas. The target areas were: Al-Jalameh, Jalbun, Faqu'a, in Jenin district and Kafr Al-Deek , Bruqin in Salfit district These areas were selected for these reasons:
Target Areas. The leaders of the target areas will need approximately 1 month per year per area leader for the coordination of actions within the corresponding target area. Each target area has several associated deliverables that will encapsulate the work of the members of the network in that particular area. For the most part, these deliverables will be based on pro xxxx contributions of the members. However, it is expected that several specific actions will be necessary in order to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive outcome. It is intended to award Sponsored Member status to those members who have demonstrated their willingness and ability to contribute significantly to the work of the network. Sponsored Members will be eligible to apply for funding by ECVision for well-specified actions which, among other things, contribute directly to the deliverables identified in this document. For the purposes of financial management, notional amounts have been identified for a typical sponsored specific actions and a budget of €6000 has been allocated per action with four actions being funded per year per target area. This is equivalent to in excess of three man- months of sponsored effort per target area per year. In this way, approximately 30% of the total budget of ECVision is directed at specific actions undertaken by Sponsored Members. Applications for funding by a sponsored member will be administered by the Network Coordinator who will distribute them for review by the Executive Committee. Awards will be made on the recommendations of the relevant Target Area Leaders and subject to a majority agreement by the member of the Executive Committee. Where majority consensus cannot be reached, the Network Coordinator will have the casting vote. A fixed upper limit of 750€ / person has been defined for reimbursement of travel, accommodation and subsistence for participation in network events. In the following, we will describe the work to be done in each of the six workpackages. This is summarized in a workpackage list, a deliverable list, and a one-page summary of each workpackage.

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.

In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. These areas are: • Capital District • Xxxxxx • Millwood • Xxxxxxxxx • Con Ed • Long Island

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Restricted Areas All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment. In order to go to other areas, Contractor personnel must first obtain written permission from the supervisory correctional official in charge. Only persons having official business will be admitted to construction sites.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
