Tape Recordings. An acknowledgment by the Customer that the Customer's telephone conversations with the Interactive Brokers LLC can be recorded by Interactive Brokers LLC. The Customer is to be given the right to listen to any recording in the event of a dispute or anticipated dispute.

Tape Recordings. 20.1 You authorise Royal to record any or all incoming and outgoing phone calls with you without making a disclosure to you of this nature each and every time you speak with a representative of Royal. These calls may be recorded with or without an audible tone. You agree that Royal may use such recordings for the purposes of monitoring and training its staff, monitoring compliance with you and Royal.
