Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation). Licensee shall have the right to use and distribute modifications or customizations of the Product to and for use by any Authorized Users otherwise licensed to use the Product, provided that any modifications, however extensive, shall not diminish Licensor’s proprietary title or interest. No license, right or interest in any trademark, trade name, or service xxxx is granted hereunder.
Service Scope Business Services apply to a single corresponding registered Covered Product. Purchasers of Business Services receive a 2 year limited business warranty (see VIVE Enterprise Business Limited Warranty here for details), starting from the original purchase date of your Covered Product. Business Services include expedited usage technical support, expedited customer care services and VIVE online resources as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx).
CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Master Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.

APPLICATION/SCOPE 1.1 This collective agreement shall be applicable to every person who requires a teacher certificate as a condition of employment with the School Division excepting those positions agreed to be excluded in local bargaining between the School Division and the Association. Out of Scope The Services always exclude (i) the provision of any software or services that are not specified by Siemens in the Specification Documents, even if they interoperate with the Services; (ii) the transmission of data or software to and from the exit of the wide area network of the data centers used by us to provide the respective Service; and (iii) any hardware intended for the connection of devices, systems, or other equipment to the Platform other than explicitly specified in the Specification Documents. You are responsible for securing and maintaining an internet connection and suitable connectivity to the Services at your own expense.
Agreement Scope The scope of this Agreement is as prescribed in section 46 of the Act, setting out: • the health services to be provided to the State by the HSP, • the TTR in support of the health services to be provided, • the funding to be provided to the HSP for the provision of the health services, including the way in which the funding is to be provided, • the performance measures and operational targets for the provision of the health services by the HSP, • how the evaluation and review of results in relation to the performance measures and operational targets is to be carried out, • the performance data and other data to be provided by the HSP to the Department CEO, including how, and how often, the data is to be provided, and • any other matter the Department CEO considers relevant to the provision of the health services by the HSP. Where appropriate, reference will be made in this Agreement to Policy Frameworks issued by the Department CEO pursuant to Part 3, Division 2 of the Act.

Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
