Taking of accrued annual leave. 32.2.1 Applications requesting periods of annual leave shall be made by the Employee in writing on the appropriate form giving at least 14 days notice, where possible.

  • Taking of Annual Leave (a) An employee is entitled to take an amount of annual leave during a particular period if:

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.

  • Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual.
