Taking Delivery. Individual equipment will be considered as fully deliver as soon as received by the tenant. The moment the equipment is installed the use and function will be taken in account.

Taking Delivery. 1. If, upon concluding the Agreement, no term has been agreed within which the CUSTOMER must take delivery of goods, it must take delivery thereof within one week of the goods being ready for taking delivery.
