Take Home Cars. The current practices related to the use and assignment of take home cars shall continue for the duration of this Agreement.
Take Home Cars. The City of Grand Rapids and the Grand Rapids Police Officers Association (GRPOA) agree to establish a joint committee to explore the implementation of a program allowing take-home police vehicles for GRPOA bargaining unit members.
Take Home Cars. The City reserves the exclusive right to determine if and when bargaining unit members shall be allowed to take city vehicles home and further retains the right to discontinue any current usage at any time.
Take Home Cars. The City has implemented an Assigned Vehicle Program for Sergeants and Officers assigned to the Patrol Division within the Operations Bureau. The vehicles that will be utilized for this program will consist of Marked Patrol Vehicles designated for such. Take Home Cars. Effective Dec. 1, 1990, the past practice of take-home cars will be eliminated. In the event that the Sheriff chooses to reinstate the practice of take-home cars it will stay in place during the remainder of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and be subject to collective bargaining thereafter. In the event take home cars are assigned, they will only be assigned to employees who reside within the County.

Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, cellular telephone, long-distance telephone, or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities. If the performance of the work specified in Exhibit A requires destructive testing or other work within the City’s public right-of-way, Consultant, or Consultant’s subconsultant, shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Hospice Care If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your physician not to continue with a curative treatment program, this plan covers hospice care services received in your home, in a skilled nursing facility, or in an inpatient facility.
