Xxxxxxx Haven do not supply decorative materials and their staff do not assist in setting up the décor for the venue, and we recommend that you should ask assistance to form your Decorative Company of Choice. We do not assist in setting up the wedding ceremony and this should also be arranged with the Wedding Coordinator of your choice. We do not supply chairs for the wedding ceremony and a Decorative Company or Supplier needs to be contacted. If the ceremony is going to be on the beach or on the grass area in front of Butterfly Blu Restaurant, a wedding permit will be needed. It will be the responsibility of the wedding couple to contact the Municipality regarding the permit. If assistance is required for a permit, you are more than welcome to ask Xxxxxxx Haven’s Wedding Coordinator but he or she will not be held reliable for the wedding ceremony permit.

Rinat has a limited number of tables and chairs that may be used in the Social Hall for any event. Any additional tables and chairs are your responsibility.

It is your responsibility to verify and count the number of tables and chairs prior to your event. Rectangular tables are 96”x30”. Please do not move unused tables, chairs, or racks to a different location nor out of the halls. A $50.00 fine will be imposed should cleaning crew find equipment out of place.

Tables and Chairs. The MNP has 250 banquet chairs and a limited number of banquet tables, which are available to Renter free of charge with prior request indicated on the rental agreement. The Renter must move all MNP’s tables and chairs back to their original place or storage area after the rental event. MNP will set up and break down the rented space for a fee ($25 per hour per staff person). If using non-MNP tables and chairs, the Renter is responsible for making all arrangements including ordering, payment, set-up, break down, and pick up. The Renter also assumes responsibility that MNP walls, floors, fixtures, furniture, equipment or other property are not damaged during the event, the event set up and the event brake down. Audio Visual Equipment MNP has some audio visual equipment for use by the Renter. Arrangements must be made through the Preserve director two weeks prior to the event date. Parking MNP has 135 paved parking spaces and 30 spaces in an auxiliary gravel parking lot accessed from the paved lot. Parking on the street is prohibited, and the police department will ticket cars parked on the street.
