Table Space. Table space may be leased to, among others, political candidates or advocates for purposes of political campaigning. In this regard, all political candidates, regardless of their party affiliation or political beliefs, will be given an opportunity to lease table space at certain specified School District 11 events (e.g., Back to School Nights or school Open Houses). Lessee will have access to his/her leased table space only, and mobility is limited to the area immediately adjacent to the leased table. The assigned table location is at the discretion of the school administrator.

Table Space.  Tables are 6’x3’ and include two chairs.  Reserving groups must provide extension cords, cash boxes, etc.  All supply or display items must be placed on top of or underneath the table and removed at the end of each day’s reservation. No additional display, demonstration, or space is allowed. All publicity must be confined to the table. Posters or signs cannot be fastened to walls, pillars, or glass. Tables may not be reserved for display purposes only and must be staffed at all times.  Groups are not allowed to relocate their table, it must remain in its original location.  The Xxxxxxxx Heritage Center will not provide any storage for groups and is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property  Additional tables will be provided on an availability basis and are subject to additional charge.

Table Space. Exhibitors will be allotted a 6” banquet table, clothed and skirted, with two chairs, for their operation. You may stay at any hotel in our official list of hotels. Within its assigned space, all vendors are responsible for supplying all the elements necessary for their operation, with the exception of chairs, table, cloth and skirt. No tents allowed; no exceptions. Each exhibitor is responsible for supplying their own signage for their booth. All signage must be contained within the allotted space. General Information Code of Conduct • Vendors may not sell anything that promotes The Xxxxx in any way. • Vendors may not sample or sell food, snacks, or beverage products (NO EXCEPTIONS). • Vendors may not smoke or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere in the exhibition area. • Vendors must be suitably attired while staffing assigned booth. • Unsuitable behavior will not be permitted. • Vendors may not engage in loud, live, or recorded music during any events. • The event organizers, at their sole discretion, shall determine whether any act is unsuitable. • No raffles, piercing, or permanent tattooing is allowed at any time. • Spaces must be free of trash, wastewater, litter and other refuse at all times. Security: Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property. Vendors may contact the hotels to arrange storage, but neither the hotel nor Club Skirts or assume any *responsibility for the security of vendor’s property. Change: It is not the responsibility of the event organizers or the hotel to provide change to vendors. Liability: Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, the hotel, and all staff from any claim or cause of action coming out of or in connection with the acts or omissions of vendor under this agreement, and shall reimburse the organizers and/or hotel, for any costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in defense against any such claim. Vendor understands organizers have no control over acts of God, terrorism, weather, government intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, and/or interrupt, the Club Skirts Xxxxx Xxxxx Weekend; and vendor shall hold harmless Club Skirts for any losses that could arise because of such or similar occurrences.   • Vacating Premises (i) If the Assuming Bank elects not to purchase any owned Bank Premises, the notice of such election in accordance with Section 4.6(a) shall specify the date upon which the Assuming Bank's occupancy of such premises shall terminate, which date shall not be later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Assuming Bank's notice not to exercise such option. The Assuming Bank promptly shall relinquish and release to the Receiver such premises and the Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures located thereon in the same condition as at Bank Closing, normal wear and tear excepted. By occupying any such premises after the expiration of such ninety (90)-day period, the Assuming Bank shall, at the Receiver's option, (x) be deemed to have agreed to purchase such Bank Premises, and to assume all leases, obligations and liabilities with respect to leased Furniture and Equipment and leased Fixtures located thereon and any ground lease with respect to the land on which such premises are located, and (y) be required to purchase all Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures owned by the Failed Bank and located on such premises as of Bank Closing.

  • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.
