Emergency a serious leak within the Supply Equipment which cannot be isolated by You which is causing, or is likely to cause, immediate damage to property or risk of personal injury. Final Demand Letter the last in a series of requests by Us for payment of money owed by You to Us in connection with this agreement. Final Letter a written communication from Us to You, notifying You that of Our final position on the complaint in question.
