T e r m. The term of this Lease Agreement shall be from April 1 - October 30, 2024.
T e r m. 1.1 This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its execution by the CITY MANAGER of the CITY 1.2 The term of this Agreement shall be for a three (3) year period, commencing upon the effective date, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. 1.3 The CITY shall have the option of extending the Agreement for two (2) one (I) year terms, as approved by the CITY, at the same terms and conditions by giving the CONSULTANT written notice not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial term. 1.4 The City Manager, with the approval of the City Commission, will approve and execute each extension of the Agreement at the end of any given term. Notice of termination may be provided by the City Manager.

T e r m. 1.1 This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its execution by the CITY MANAGER of the CITY 1.2 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period not to exceed five (5) years, commencing upon the effective date, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. 1.3 The CITY shall have the option of extending the Agreement for project delays not in the CONSULTANT'S control for completion of work not to exceed six (6) month periods, as approved by the CITY, at the same terms and conditions, provided the CONSULTANT submits written notice not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial, or subsequently amended term. 1.4 The City Manager, with the approval of the City Commission, will approve and execute each extension of the Agreement at the end of any given term. Notice of termination may be provided by the City Manager.
T e r m. 1. This Agreement shall become effective on the date set out at the beginning of this Agreement. 2. Subject to the provisions herein contained, this Agreement shall continue in force until the expiration of the last Operating Period for a Mining Area and for such additional period, if any, for which this Agreement shall be renewed or otherwise extended. The Company shall be entitled to apply for two successive ten year extensions subject to Department approval. The Department will not unreasonably withhold or delay such approval. Such application by the Company may be made at any time during the term of this Agreement, including any prior extension.

T e r m. The initial term of this contract will be from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and may be terminated by either party upon a 365 day written notice to the other party, the Hermiston Police Chief or the Umatilla County Sheriff, as the case may be. This contract will automatically renew for additional one year periods unless terminated as described above.
T e r m. This License is granted for a term of twenty (20) years, unless sooner terminated according to other terms and provisions of this Agreement or in accordance with law. LICENSEE may request extension for two additional ten (10) year terms by giving CITY notice of LICENSEE’s intention to extend for a ten (10) year period at least six (6) months prior to the then scheduled expiration of this License. LICENSEE shall obtain the consent of the Arlington City Council prior to any renewal period, with the addition of conditions as the Arlington City Council may prescribe. Upon the signing of this Agreement, LICENSEE will pay to CITY the sum of FOURTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 10/100 DOLLARS ($48,500.10) for the initial twenty year term of this Agreement. This sum shall be paid in advance. LICENSEE contracts and agrees that this consideration shall be termed "Reasonable Annual Charge". The REASONABLE ANNUAL CHARGE SHALL BE DUE AND PAYABLE on the execution date of this Agreement after approval by the Arlington City Council. LICENSEE also agrees that the Reasonable Annual Charge does not exceed the cost to the CITY for damage to public Property, administration, supervision, inspection and other work regarding the location of the pipeline, provided, however, that if the amount in this Agreement is deemed by the Arlington City Council to be less than the amount required to cover the cost of damage to public Property, administering, supervising, inspecting or otherwise regarding the Pipeline, then in that event, at the time of any renewal, this Reasonable Annual Charge may be increased as reasonably provided by Arlington City Council resolution.
