System Use Gas. The Operator must supply all system use gas which is reasonably necessary to supply services to the Shipper under this Contract.
System Use Gas. The Service Providers have title to, and control and possession of, all System Use Gas within the EGP during the Period of Supply.
System Use Gas. The Service Provider has title to, and control and possession of, all System Use Gas within the Pipeline during the Period of Supply.
System Use Gas. The Transporter has title to, and control and possession of, all System Use Gas within the Pipeline during the Service Term.
System Use Gas. The Service Provider has title to, and control and possession of, all System Use Gas within the TGP during the Period of Supply.

System Use Gas. 10.1 Take or Return of System Use Gas Service Provider may, at no cost to Service Provider, either take System Use Gas from the Gas supplied by User and Other Users into the Pipeline System or return System Use Gas by reducing Gas supplied by User and Other Users into the Pipeline System.
