System Use. Subject to the County’s obligations of Acceptance set forth in Attachment A.1 (Tasks and Deliverables) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work), and this Contract, following Solution Implementation by Contractor and prior to Final Acceptance by the County, the County will have the right to use, in a Production Use mode, any completed portion of the System, without any additional cost to the County where County determines that it is necessary for County’s operations. Such Production Use will not restrict Contractor’s performance under this Contract and will not be deemed Final Acceptance of the Solution.

System Use. (a) Establish the identity of the applicants and require each applicant to present the applicant’s immigration or naturalization documentation that contains the information (e.g., alien registration number) required by the SAVE Program;
System Use. Computer equipment and services provided by a CoC are intended only for LA/OC HMIS-related activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access; the creation, sending and/or storing of fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or obscene messages; inappropriate mass mailing (spamming, flooding, bombing); denial of service attacks; and the creation or intentional distribution of computer viruses, worms, and/or Trojan horses.
System Use. User agrees to use the BCICS and maintain its County-assigned or User-owned radio equipment in accordance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and regulations and in accordance with BCICS policies and procedures. User agrees to use only those frequencies authorized by the County and further agrees to use the BCICS in a professional manner for official business purposes only. User shall attempt no modifications to county equipment unless authorized and shall not attempt to program or re-program equipment from the county or any source without the prior authorization of the County.
System Use. Certain laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and policies may affect your rights under this Agreement. You must obtain and maintain all licenses, permits and other authorizations or consents necessary for the Equipment and Monitoring Services including local municipal notices or permits. You must abide by all laws when you use the Equipment, the Monitoring Services, or the Location Based Services.
System Use. You: (a) warrant that you have the legal right to subject the computer systems and network infrastructure (Target Systems) to the Information Security Service and that if you are not the owner of the Target Systems that you have obtained the right from the legal owner of the Target Systems; (b) are responsible for the protection and backup of data and equipment used in connection with or having any connection to the Target Systems (Affected Systems) and that you have protected and backed up all Affected Systems; and (c) grant us a right to use your Target systems, other systems, proprietary and third party products, Confidential Information, customer data and information as necessary to perform the Information Security Service.
System Use. Provided that County is paying the applicable Maintenance Fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, following installation by Contractor and prior to Final Acceptance by County, County shall have the right to use, in a Production Use mode, any completed portion of the System, without any additional cost to County above such applicable Maintenance Fees. Any Production Use of a System Component for which there is an available test system that extends for a period of forty-five (45) days or more shall be deemed an Acceptance of the applicable System Component.

System Use. The User hereby pledges to refrain from operations which may have the following consequences: •interrupting the normal functioning of the System or any interconnected systems, •accessing the private data of other Users of the System, •modifying or destroying any data comprising a portion of databases made available to Users, •requiring the institution of additional human or technological resources to monitor and/or delete. The design of any program possessing such properties is also prohibited without the prior authorization of OPS Horizon.
System Use. The System will be used by Participant (and Participant’s authorized users) only to receive, locate and access patient data and system operation data or information concerning where or how to access patient data and system operations data. Unless specifically authorized by RIQI, the System may not be used by Participant or Participant’s users to access, use, disclose or transmit any information other than Participant’s patient data. The System, and any data or information accessible through the System may not be used for any purposes contrary to local, state and federal laws and regulations.
