SYSTEM UPDATES. The Trust and NSLF agree that in the course of its Education Loan servicing activities, the Master Servicer may rely on, without independently verifying, all data entries, manipulations and representations provided to the Master Servicer by the Trust, NSLF, the Administrator, eligible institutions and borrowers with respect to the Education Loans, including but not limited to, eligible institutions/borrower certification, eligibility, enrollment, and eligible institution or borrower demographics, including data entries provided to the Master Servicer electronically, via the internet or otherwise, and that the Master Servicer shall have no liability for incorrect information or the consequences thereof, which is provided by the Trust, NSLF, the Administrator, eligible institutions or borrowers.
SYSTEM UPDATES all generally available updates to the Service are included at no extra charge.

Lender agrees that in the course of its Education Loan servicing activities, Servicer may rely on, without independently verifying, all data entries, manipulations and representations provided to Servicer by Lender, Eligible Institutions, and Borrowers with respect to the Education Loans, including but not limited to, Eligible Institutions/Borrower certification, eligibility, enrollment, and Eligible Institution or Borrower demographics, including data entries provided to Servicer electronically, via the Internet or otherwise, and that Servicer shall have no liability for incorrect information or the consequences thereof, which is provided by Lender, Eligible Institutions, or Borrowers.
SYSTEM UPDATES. The Service Provider will from time to time apply Patches as appropriate. You will be responsible for purchasing software upgrades/updates where reasonably required by the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to withdraw support in the event of You failing to maintain manufacturers’ recommended release levels of its software.
SYSTEM UPDATES. The eSOPH System may be updated on an as-needed basis by MMI or MMI contracted service providers. Client may need to update its Internet browsers, connections, Internet service, and some hardware from time to time to permit ongoing compatibility with the eSOPH System.
SYSTEM UPDATES. All highly utilized software systems need updates from time to time. Blockchain governance determines how these software updates happen. For example, governance may determine when an updated is needed, when a new software version is ready to deploy, and how the new software is deployed.
SYSTEM UPDATES. Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that the SOFTWARE may access and collect information about, update, and configure Customer's system in order to properly optimize such system for use with the SOFTWARE. To the extent that Customer uses the SOFTWARE, Customer hereby consents to all of the foregoing, and represent and warrant that Customer has the right to grant such consent. In addition, Customer agrees that Customer is solely responsible for maintaining appropriate data backups and system restore points for Customer's system, and that NVIDIA will have no responsibility for any damage or loss to such system (including loss of data or access) arising from or relating to (a) any changes to the configuration, application settings, environment variables, registry, drivers, BIOS, or other attributes of the system (or any part of such system) initiated through the SOFTWARE; or (b) installation of any SOFTWARE or third party software patches through the NVIDIA update service. The SOFTWARE may contain links to websites and services. NVIDIA encourages Customer to review the privacy statements on those sites and services that Customer chooses to visit so that Customer can understand how they may collect, use and share Customer’s personal information. NVIDIA is not responsible for the privacy statements or practices of sites and services controlled by other companies or organizations. Registration and Customer Information. Customer represents and warrants that the information that Customer has furnished in connection with its registration for the SOFTWARE is complete and accurate. To the extent that Customer provides to NVIDIA during registration or otherwise personal data, Customer also acknowledges that such information will be collected, used, and disclosed by NVIDIA in accordance with NVIDIA's privacy policy, available at URL xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/object/privacy_policy.html. If Customer does not wish the SOFTWARE to provide system updates as described in this Section 7, uncheck "Automatically check for updates" in the "Preferences" tab of the applicable NVIDIA update control panel for the SOFTWARE.
SYSTEM UPDATES. Agent shall modify its systems and processes to ensure compliance and compatibility with any Insurer specifications. If Insurer institutes E-Commerce technologies and business processes, or other electronic enrollment tools, Agent shall have one hundred eighty (180) days to begin submission of new business through such technologies, business processes or electronic enrollment tools.
SYSTEM UPDATES. All Wizard upgrades are to be included with the Acres maintenance agreement. These upgrades to not include new modules providing new levels of functionality not currently a part of the Wizard system. Acres will provide upgrades to application software which are related to changes in technical architecture as part of the software maintenance agreement.
