System Training. Up to a maximum of ***** which may be attended by up to a maximum of ***** Customer employees at the NAVITAIRE corporate offices located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. ***** All training will be conducted in English. Topics will include the definition of the expected daily and month-end activities required to support the Hosted Revenue Accounting Services and user and administrative features and functions. Customer must complete basic computer familiarization and Windows training for all trainees prior to the initial training. As Customer is contracting to use the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services, and the Hosted Revenue Accounting Services uses the data extracts from this system, trainees must also have completed a basic course on the features and functions of the Hosted Reservation Services. Customer will be provided an electronic copy of the manual in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format for download via the NAVITAIRE web site. Technical specification and technical reference manuals are for internal NAVITAIRE use only, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or by other arrangement. System Training. Supplier of the noise monitoring system shall provide at least two (2) working days (8 hours per day) of on-site training on the operation, calibration and maintenance of the equipment. JWA staff to be trained may include up to six (6) staff members. Training shall be done on site using data collected from the new noise monitoring system. Additional online training time can be scheduled as needed. System components shall be supplied with two (2) complete printed copies and an electronic copy wherever possible of system documentation, including all hardware and software manuals, back-up software for reload.

If Customer desires on-site initial training, Customer will be responsible for providing the training site, all required computer hardware, stable technical environment, and any related expenses including NAVITAIRE trainer(s) travel, quality lodging including high-speed internet access, NAVITAIRE standard per-diem for meals and incidentals, and additional costs for the trainer’s time away from their home office. All training will be conducted in English. System Training. 4.1. All Authorized User must have completed the web-based training (the “Training”) provided by the Sponsor prior to performing their trial related tasks in the computer system. Upon completion of the Training, each trainee is provided with the possibility to print-out or save a training certificate (i.e., as PDF-File) which needs to be stored locally at the Trial site. A copy of the locally stored training certificate should be made and filed in the ISF.

System Training. The Contractor shall provide on-site training for up to four (4) City staff on the operation, troubleshoot, maintenance, configuration, and installation of the traffic signal field hardware, Ethernet communications equipment, and ATMS software. Training shall be conducted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No training shall be conducted during the City’s observed holidays. This training shall consist of both formal classroom presentations and hands-on workshops to be conducted at the City facilities following successful completion of the Operational Test. The training shall include at least three separate four-hour sessions. A training scheduled shall be developed jointly by the City and Contractor upon award of the project to ensure training prior to the deployment of any field equipment and additional training during installation as new equipment or software is furnished and installed. The Contractor shall submit a minimum of five (5) hard copy sets and one (1) electronic copy of training manuals at each training session. Final training manuals and materials (i.e., PowerPoint presentations) shall remain with the City following the training. At a minimum the training equipment shall replicate the following field equipment, as defined by these procurement specifications, and all the cables and accessories necessary to interconnect the equipment in a manner that simulates the intended field connection configurations: ❑ Traffic Signal Field Controllers ❑ ATMS Software ❑ Ethernet Communications equipment (Field and Office) At a minimum these training sessions shall include the following topics: Traffic Signal Controller Training ❑ Use of controller interface; ❑ Controller configuration; ❑ Controller database use and manipulation; ❑ Controller parameter and database entry; ❑ Special operations including preemption, and priority operations; ❑ Error messages and troubleshooting techniques; ❑ Alarms and paging; ❑ Log report generation; ❑ Overview of cabinet structure and interfacing; ❑ Communications equipment interfacing; and ❑ Coordination Diagnostic Tools and Typical Errors.
System Training. The system-training program must address the following objectives.
System Training. Provide system training for CPAP primary users and train/review the system’s external department teams that request reports from the CPAP system. Primarily focused on budgetary reports for finance. 4 5 System changes/fixes – The Development services department has a list of various improvements/updates they would like addressed. 5 AXIOM reviewed each of the five areas of improvement and analyzed the core concepts of the change, how that change affects the CPAP system, and what AXIOM would change to meet the requirements. Below is a list of requirements for each improvement. From this high-level list of requirements, the AXIOM team created tasks associated with each item and estimated their effort.
