System Specifications. The initial specifications for the System are attached to the Master Agreement as Exhibit B. Silver Spring will create detailed specifications for the System based on such initial Specifications and deliver such specifications to ComEd for its review. Silver Spring will incorporate ComEd’s comments regarding such specifications and deliver further revised specifications to ComEd. After ComEd’s acceptance of such revised specifications, each Party’s Designated Representative shall sign such specifications, which shall be deemed the Specifications under the Master Agreement and attached to the Master Agreement. Such Specifications shall be finalized before Optimization of the first Optimization Area. After Optimization of each Optimization Area, the Parties shall review the Specifications and make any changes that are agreed upon by the Parties or reasonably requested by ComEd and update the Master Agreement exhibit accordingly.

System Specifications. 11.1 Subject to FCC and PSC regulations, policies, and standards, and subject to the cable communication systems’ capability of providing the services and facilities prescribed in this franchise, the technical design of the cable communications system serving the Municipality shall be at the option of the Franchisee and as further described in this section.
System Specifications. The System Utilization Group shall select a product which, at a minimum, most closely meets the following specifications: The mass communications and notification system should include Reverse 911, staff and key official call down capability, and situational awareness (SA) with real-time monitoring of social media and weather. The system should be able to reach citizens through existing 911 databases or through voluntary sign up. Notifications can be wide or targeted by means such as zip code or GIS mapping. The call down capability should have an unlimited number of groups which can be created. The system should allow two way notifications for staff to respond to the call down and provide operations feedback. The system should monitor social media and weather for established alerts or keywords. The system should allow for use in distinction of public safety emergencies, disasters (man-made, natural, technological and or infrastructure), and or exercises. The system should allow real-time SA from field personnel or the public through the upload of picture or video back to the Participating Party’s Incident Command Post or Emergency Operations Center.

System Specifications. Comcast shall maintain and operate a cable system(s) covering the Township which utilizes at the time of the effective date fiber optic receiver nodes located throughout the plant that divides the distribution of cable signals to subscribers in a manner which provides high quality programming signals and reliable service. Comcast represents and warrants that this cable system is capable for digital television standards with a bandwidth no less than 750 MHz with addressable technology with video channels reserved for digital or analog transmission and with sufficient portion of said bandwidth delivering reliable two-way cable services. Comcast reserves the right to alter, adjust, modify, rebuild, upgrade, redesign, or otherwise reconfigure the cable system at any time during the term of the franchise, in accordance with the terms and conditions in this agreement. Notwithstanding the above, Comcast agrees that no alteration, adjustment, modification, rebuild, upgrade, redesign, or other reconfiguration of the cable system shall have the effect of degrading the cable signal or reducing the technical capabilities of the cable system from those that exist on the effective date of this franchise.
