SYSTEM SENIORITY LIST. 10.01 The Company recognizes that seniority, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, shall govern all employees in case of promotion, demotion, their retention in case of reduction in force, their assignment or reassignment due to expansion or reduction in force, for training, for bidding on vacancies, shifts, rest days and vacation preference.

SYSTEM SENIORITY LIST. (a) A System Seniority list of the employees covered by this Agreement listing name, personnel number, Occupational seniority date, Company seniority date, job classification, job protection codes, and station will be posted and maintained on Jetnet and will be updated each evening to include any personnel transaction request (PTR) that has been processed.
SYSTEM SENIORITY LIST. (a) A System Seniority list of the employees covered by this Agreement listing name, personnel number, Occupational seniority date, Company seniority date, job classification, job protection codes, and station and highlighted changes will be furnished to the Union posted and maintained on Jetnet and will be updated each evening to include any personnel transaction request (PTR) that has been xxxxxxxxx.xx February 15th and August 15th of each year. These lists will indicate the position held by each employee who is not a member of the bargaining unit and will also indicate whether he is retaining or retaining and accruing. The Company will post and maintain copies of the System Seniority list on its bulletin boards at all stations where employees are based.
SYSTEM SENIORITY LIST. A. Seniority lists will be revised to reflect the seniority status of employees covered by this Agreement by January 15 and July 15 of each year. Such lists with changes highlighted will be posted at the IOC and an electronic copy shall be provided to the Local President and post online via Jetnet.
SYSTEM SENIORITY LIST. 1. The Company shall maintain a System Seniority List for Crewmembers, which shall be known as the Kitty Hawk Aircargo Crewmember System Seniority List (List or System Seniority List). Such List shall include in system seniority order the name, birth date, date of hire as a Crewmember, and Status of all Crewmembers, whether active or inactive, entitled to be on the List, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Crewmembers holding management positions will be so identified.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • GENERAL SERVICE DESCRIPTION Service Provider currently provides active medical, pharmacy(Rx) and dental administration for coverages provided through Empire and Anthem (medical), Medco(Rx), MetLife(dental) and SHPS (FSA) (Empire, Anthem, Medco, MetLife and SHPS collectively, the “Vendors”) for its U.S. Active, Salaried, Eligible Employees (“Covered Employees”). Service Provider shall keep the current contracts with the Vendors and the ITT CORPORATION SALARIED MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLAN (PLAN NUMBER 502 EIN 00-0000000) and the ITT Salaried Medical Plan and Salaried Dental Plan General Plan Terms (collectively, the “Plans”) and all coverage thereunder in full force through December 31, 2011 for Service Recipient’s Covered Employees. All claims of Service Recipient’s Covered Employees made under the Plans and incurred on or prior to December 31, 2011 the (“2011 Plan Year”) will be adjudicated in accordance with the current contract and Service Provider will continue to take such actions on behalf of Service Recipient’s Covered Employees as if such employees are employees of Service Provider. All medical, dental, pharmacy and FSA claims of Service Recipient’s Covered Employees made under the Plans (the “Claims”) will be paid by the Vendors on behalf of the Service Provider. Service Recipient will pay Service Provider for coverage based on 2011 budget premium rates previously set for the calendar year 2011 and described in the “Pricing” section below. Service Recipient will pay Service Provider monthly premium payments for this service, for any full or partial months, based on actual enrollment for the months covered post-spin using enrollments as of the first (1st) calendar day of the month, commencing on the day after the Distribution Date. Service Recipient will prepare and deliver to Service Provider a monthly self xxxx containing cost breakdown by business unit and plan tier as set forth on Attachment A, within five (5) Business Days after the beginning of each calendar month. The Service Recipient will be required to pay the Service Provider the monthly premium payments within ten (10) Business Days after the beginning of each calendar month. A detailed listing of Service Recipient’s employees covered, including the Plans and enrollment tier in which they are enrolled, will be made available to Service Provider upon its reasonable request. Service Provider will retain responsibility for executing funding of Claim payments and eligibility management with Vendors through December 31, 2013. Service Provider will conduct a Headcount True-Up (as defined below) of the monthly premiums and establish an Incurred But Not Reported (“IBNR”) claims reserve for Claims incurred prior to December 31, 2011 date, but paid after that date, and conduct a reconciliation of such reserve. See “Headcount True-Up” and “IBNR Reconciliation” sections under Additional Pricing for details.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
