System Reporting. Within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of each Contract Year, Licensee shall submit to Trustees audited reports related to Licensee’s financial performance and, in a format reasonably acceptable to Trustees, a summary of the System’s technical performance for that Contract Year, and cumulatively from the COD. Licensee shall provide an Energy Management Web Portal to Trustees to analyze performance of the system. The Energy Management Web Portal shall be compliant with Trustee’s IT security policy and standards in effect as of the Effective Date, as described in the Integrated State University Administrative Manual (ICSUAM) Section 8000. Licensee shall be deemed to have satisfied the delivery requirement for financial performance if the applicable report is publicly available on the SEC XXXXX information retrieval system.

System Reporting. The System will provide on-demand reports based on the information contained in the System and aggregate per-user use statistics and patterns for the System. The format and content of these reports will be as approved by JPMC. Electronic copies of completed reports will be available through the System in .pdf and Excel spreadsheet or other formats for delivery by e-mail or through World Wide Web or proprietary network downloads.

Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022.
