System Malfunctions. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by you arising from any malfunction, failure or delay in any ATM, electronic point of sale device, access channel, service channel or shared networks.

The Judicial Council and Contractor each shall notify the other Party as soon as possible but not more than twenty-four (24) hours following such Party’s discovery of any material malfunction in the operation of the System or of their discovery of an interruption in the supply of Electricity from the System by providing notice in accordance with Section 14.3.
